Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may change unexpectedly. To respect our artists’ time, appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked service total.
What counts as canceling
• Cancel, reschedule, or significantly change services within 12 hours of your start time.
No-shows
• Not arriving without notice is treated as a cancellation and charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Late arrivals
• A 10-minute grace is offered when possible. After that, your appointment may be shortened or considered a late cancellation (50% fee).
